What we need, why the pin matters, and what happens after you hit send.
At minimum, your name, phone number, and the property address. It helps a lot to drop a pin on your parcel, add your PPIN, and upload your deed or a prior plat — but if you don’t have those, we can work from your address and help fill in the rest.
Rural and wooded parcels can be hard to find from an address alone. A pin shows our crew the exact area you need surveyed, which saves time and prevents mix-ups — especially for acreage, well sites, and property without a street number.
A PPIN (Parcel Property Identification Number) is your county’s unique ID for the parcel. In Jones County, MS, look it up free on the county’s Property Link portal by name or address — the “Don’t know your PPIN? Click here” link on this form takes you there. It’s optional, but it helps us pinpoint your property.
Anything that describes the property helps: your deed, a prior survey or plat, closing documents, or a site plan. Upload is optional and you can send what you have — we’ll request anything else we need after we review your request.
We aim to respond within one business day with next steps or any questions. If your project is time-sensitive, call (601) 428-0600 after submitting and let us know your deadline.
No. Requesting a survey is free and there’s no obligation. We’ll review your details and follow up to confirm scope, timing, and pricing before any work begins.
